2 year anniversary

Today is Tyler and my 2 year anniversary. I cannot believe that this much time has already passed. There has been a lot that has evolved over the past couple of years...it's just crazy. Because it fell on a sunday this year we celebrated on Friday night by going to the roof. A friend of mine hooked us up with pretty much the best seat in the house. It turned out that night was the night they light up Temple Square for the first time each season and we were there to see it all light up right oustside our window. It was a great day and thats always a fun way for us to celebrate since we were married in the Salt Lake Temple and celebrated that night at Joseph Smith Memorial. I love you Ty, and the next couple years will just get better and better!

Best Thanksgiving yet!

I have to say that this year has been full of great holidays and a lot of ordinary days that have turned into extraordinary days because of my hubby and my beautiful baby boy. This day was extra special. This was Jaces first Thanksgiving and what better way to celebrate than to say all the things that I am grateful for.
1. Family- My husband first, afterall he did give me my son. The 2 boys in my life have really made me feel as if I have lived a complete life already. There is so much fun in our home since baby came around. Every day I thank my Heavenly father for the incredible family I have been blessed with....All the way around! My family, Ty's family even my best friends that are as good to me as family. I am fortunate to have these sweet people in my life.
2. My testimony- I know that I have my Heavenly Father and my Savior to thank for all the blessing in my life, every last one of them. I am grateful for the teachings of the gospel and for the atonement. I feel lessed to have the knowledge that I do and every day seems easier to face knowing that I have the lord my my side.
3. Everything that matters to me I already mentioned in 1 & 2 so I guess this one is for fun :)

A Mommy and Jace sandwich

I know this is old news to you all by now but the U beat out BYU last weekend and Jace and I have become total BYU fans ( mostly be default because of daddy ) so when I went to pick up J from my moms house to my suprise I see my sister and cousin covered in University Of Utah gear...so instead of killing them we desided to take a pic and made a U sandwich!!!

Baby's first Halloween!

This Halloween has been the funnest one that we have had in a while ( with the exception of the one we dressed up as peter pan and tinkerbell, and tyler wore a feather in his hat)! By the end of the day I think poor Jace was so worn out. We started out going to breakfast, then had our family pictures taken, then went trick or treating at my parents and then came back to Ty's family party.....poor baby! But the pictures made it all worth it!
